Our staff had lunch on the deck of the Exclamation Point and let us say, the food and views were fabulous.
There are a few things you should know before you head off to the Caverns:
The tempature inside the caves a steady 52 degrees year round. (This is the average year around tempature for the area) So you may want to take a jacket or sweater with you.
The lower level of the caves is a good sized walk down the mountain. Then after entering the cave you are at the top of stair case with over 120 steps. (Easy going in hard climbing out, but worth the walk)
DON’T TOUCH THE WALLS OF THE CAVES!!!!! The caves are living caverns and the oils from your hands stop the rocks growth and kill the living caves.
